Dawlish Warren Holiday Villa, a refurbished, privately owned, self-catering villa situated within the 4 star rated and very popular Welcome Family Holiday Park.
The villa is well equipped throughout; a choice of duvets or blankets, linen and electricity are provided free of charge.

The Welcome

in spacious grounds, with immaculate gardens, it has a Mediterranean feel which
the mild climate of South Devon allows; its many facilities are thoughtfully appointed
throughout the level site.
The Tropicana Indoor Aquatic Centre and Cruisers Entertainment Club are available to you for a combined small weekly membership fee.
The
Tropicana Indoor Aquatic Centre, complete with facilities for babies and the
disabled, provides four different pools for all ages including a family sized
whirlpool spa in which to relax.
Rain or shine - you're covered!
A
full day time indoor or outdoor activity programme leads into varied evening entertainment
in the Cruisers Club hosted by a friendly team of bluecoats. Will your family
be pirates or smugglers? Join in the fun or sit back and enjoy it.
Of course,
you could just relax, sit outside your villa, do a little reading and soak up
the sunshine.
Welcome Family Holiday Park provides the Welcome Bite Restaurant and Takeaway, Cruisers Club Bar, Shops, Launderette, Drying and Ironing Room (not on holiday surely!), adventure playground, crazy golf and amusement arcade.
